What You'll DoCreate and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies; Build and maintain relationships with influencers, affiliate partners, and MCNs; Oversee campaign execution and performance monitoring; Manage the financial performance (P&L) of Affiliate, Influencer, and MCN functions; Ensure quality control and timely delivery of campaign content; Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial and planning teams; Analyze industry trends and emerging influencers; Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
What You BringBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or account management, with a proven track record in developing successful campaigns. Background working for agencies specializing in digital, social media, or influencer marketing. Experience managing P&L for marketing initiatives, including budgeting and ROI analysis. Familiarity with fashion, beauty, technology, consumer goods, or lifestyle sectors. Strong network of relationships with influencers, affiliates, and Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs).
