Orient, plan, lead and direct supportive services of Admin & Procurement Department. Update, implement and transmit new messages of BOD to employees at each period
Periodically evaluate the performance of in charge BUs & propose solutions for improvement
Being responsible for composing and proposing to competent authorities to issue regulations applied to VPB FC's employees for, office rules, assets management and labor safety
Oversee the supportive services to expats on visa, resident card, work permit, air ticket, accommodation align with Vietnam Laws and VPB FC's regulations at each period and resolve complaints and issues (if any)
Keep tracking of building management activities at VPB FC's offices; ensure security, fire safety and hygiene in accordance with standards and images of the company
Monitor the searching and choosing suppliers for demands about properties, services which are already available in the market or as tailored due to VPB FC's requirements
Monitor the searching and choosing providers for projects and outsourcing services of VPB FC
Build annual general procurement with budget plan and get approval from competent authorities
Undertake other tasks assigned by Operations Division Director
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields
At least 08 years experience working at the purchasing & general admin, preferably in banking, financial institution or insurance with at least 03 years experience at the same position
Understanding of stocktaking & fixed assets inventory
Fluent in English
Leadership skill
Strong influencing skills with vendor management, people management, cross-department relationship management
Good process management
Good presentation & negotiation skills
Flexible working time, be able to make business trip
