Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ngoại giao đoàn Tây Hồ tây, Hà Nội for a Head Accountant. The Head Accountant will oversee financial transactions, manage accounting practices, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, budgeting, auditing, tax planning, financial analysis, and cash-flow management. The role also involves supervising a team of accountants and collaborating across departments to optimize financial operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Auditing
• Proficiency in Tax Planning and Compliance
• Strong Financial Analysis and Cash-Flow Management capabilities
• Experience in Supervising Accounting Teams and Coordinating Financial Strategies
• Advanced knowledge of Accounting Software and ERP Systems
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent is a plus
• Experience in a clinical research or healthcare setting is advantageous
