HCP Activation Manager

ROLE PURPOSE:

The HCP Activation Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing activation initiatives that promote our pharmaceutical products.

RESPONSBILITY

Campaign Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing activation strategies targeting healthcare professionals and patients, in alignment with brand objectives and compliance regulations.

Execution and Management:

  • Lead the execution of promotional campaigns, including workshops, conferences, digital marketing, and point-of-care initiatives

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to obtain necessary approvals for promotional materials and campaigns.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies and budget allocations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work in tandem with product management, sales, medical affairs, and digital teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of activation strategies.

Innovation and Trends:

  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in pharmaceutical marketing.

REQUIRMENTS

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy
  • 2 - 5 Years of marketing experience at the same role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
