[HCMC - Remote] QC Automation

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced QC Automation Engineer who creates and executes test cases, develops and executes automation test scripts using Selenium Java and Robot Framework.

They work with developers and project managers to ensure the Product meets business needs and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Working knowledge about functional and non-functional testing.

Maintaining and improving the test automation framework.

Support manual testing if the team leader/manager requires

Handling manual investigation and reproduction of functional software issues, root cause analysis of existing test script failures

Cooperating with both product owners & development team to clarify business requirements, technical design and assist each other in defect management.

Perform system load/stress tests for new products.

Good knowledge in JIRA, Confluence, Git (GitLab/GitHub), XRay, TestRail

Deep dive into new business domains to help teams analyse, test and build quality software

Have an impact and influence individuals at an organizational level, building a test strategy that covers multiple products and projects.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields

Good communication in English in both speaking and writing

At least 3+ years experience in software testing

Must be proficient in scripting languages such as Java, have experience with Object-oriented programming, Design Pattern.

Have experience with a Selenium WebDriver, Page Object Model, API testing, Robot Framework

Good knowledge in test design, test planning, test technologies, methods and procedures.

Have strong communication skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks.

Experience with application deployment by using CI/CD

Strong in problem-solving, time management and a quick learner

Excellent in English
