CARROT Global is helping our client - the Korean biomedical-tech company to recruit the Customer Service Manager for their new branch in District 3, HCMC, Vietnam.

A global leader in body composition technology, founded in the 1990s, expanding from a small biotech startup in South Korea to a multinational corporation with a presence in worldwide.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Manager for a Korean company located in District 3, Ho Chi MInh City. The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. They will also handle HR management tasks and support in administrative activities.

  • Annual Planning: Strategically plan HR and administration activities.
  • Target Achievement: Set, monitor, and achieve HR targets.
  • Recruitment Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
  • Payroll Oversight: Ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Policy Compliance: Maintain full compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations programs.
  • Facilities Management: Run office and facilities management functions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the HR and administration team.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience: At least ten years in Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management with five years in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge:Strong understanding of HR policies, employee benefits and personnel management.
  • Business Planning: Expertise in business and organizational planning.
  • Leadership: Strong team leadership skills.
  • Employee Relations: Successful track record in employee relations.
  • Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically.
  • Multitasking: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Admin skills: Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Information security: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Language: Fluency in Korean languages; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Culture: Familiarity with Korean culture is a plus.
