We are looking for an experienced
Senior TA Business Partner who is passionate about helping startups scale through exceptional hiring. This is an IC & hands-on role reporting to the Head of HR / COO that will partner directly with the founders and business leaders to build high-performing teams.
What You'll Do
Strategic Talent Partner
- Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to develop hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Translate business growth plans into effective recruitment roadmaps and workforce plans.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and organizational growth.
End-to-End Recruitment
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning through onboarding.
- Lead hiring for all roles across multiple functions.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for:
- Software Engineering
- AI/ML Engineering
- Product
- Marketing
- GTM
- Customer Success
- Operations
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, industry communities, networking events, and other channels to attract passive talent.
Recruiting Operations
- Design and continuously improve scalable recruiting processes and best practices.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, and hiring quality.
- Drive process improvements to increase hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
Employer Branding
- Strengthen TinyFish's employer brand within Vietnam and the global AI ecosystem.
- Build relationships with universities, AI communities, startup networks, and professional organizations.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
Required Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience in high-growth technology companies or startups.
- Proven experience helping startups scale teams from 0 to 1, establishing recruiting processes and hiring foundational talent.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for AI Agent, Generative AI, SaaS, or technology startups,
- Hands-on experience recruiting for the U.S. market, with a strong understanding of U.S. hiring practices, talent landscape, compensation expectations, and candidate engagement.
- Strong track record managing end-to-end hiring for critical, senior, niche, and urgent business-critical positions.
- Outstanding sourcing capabilities with proven success identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- Experience partnering directly with founders and senior executives on hiring strategy and execution.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting globally across multiple regions.
- Experience hiring AI Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Platform Engineers, and other deep technical roles.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and recruitment automation tools.
- Established network within Vietnam's and/or the U.S. technology and AI talent communities.

Within your first 6–12 months, you will:
- Build a scalable team that supports TinyFish's rapid growth.
- Successfully hire top talent across Vietnam and the U.S.
- Develop sustainable talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Improve recruitment efficiency while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
