2. REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience as Product Owner or similar role
• Bachelor&aposs degree in related fields
• Deep experience on OTC Trading, blockchain or web3
• Experienced product owners, scrum masters or BA
• Have worked with AWS or Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of Agile development techniques such as Scrum, Kanban or Lean
• Leadership and collaborative interpersonal skills to engage and motivate team member
• Strong relationship building and communications skills with ability to present ideas and concepts coherently to senior stakeholder
• Ability to manage content with responsibility for ensuring it is up to date
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in English, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
