Through the K-Fresh program, we are seeking motivated and high-energy Business Development (BD) Trainees to join our dynamic growth team. This 3-month trainee program offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital consulting, BPO, and digital solutions.
HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE:
As a BD Trainee, you will work closely with our veteran growth hackers and sales leaders to expand Kyanon Digital's global footprint:
Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients, emerging industry trends, and competitor landscapes.
Sales Enablement: Assist in creating engaging sales decks, marketing collateral, and personalized outreach materials.
Lead Generation: Support the top of the funnel by identifying, qualifying, and reaching out to high-potential leads.
Proposals & Pitching: Help prepare and refine impactful business presentations and professional project proposals.
Relationship Management: Facilitate effective client communication and assist in nurturing long-term business partnerships.
CRM Management: Utilize modern CRM tools to efficiently track lead pipelines and ensure data accuracy

Education: Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a degree in Business Management, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a major plus for global outreach).
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and a quick learner of CRM software.
Mindset: A strong people person who is comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport.
Soft Skills: High organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle rejection with a resilient, positive attitude.
Attitude: Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn the nuances of the B2B tech sales cycle.
