We are looking for a qualified Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, installation, and smooth operation of machinery, ovens, electrical systems, and tools across our retail store network.
In this role, you will play a critical part in minimizing downtime, ensuring store safety, optimizing equipment efficiency, and training store staff on proper equipment usage.
Key Responsibilities
1. Equipment Maintenance, Repair & Optimization
- Execute regular maintenance, repair, and operational improvements for machinery, ovens, tools, equipment, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical malfunctions, diagnose abnormalities, and carry out timely repairs to ensure uninterrupted store operations.
- Develop and implement preventive mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
- Inspect and tune mechanical devices during operation using precision and inspection instruments to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collect, document, and maintain accurate records of repair history, maintenance processes, and equipment guidelines.
2. Procurement Support & Store Facilitation
- Plan and implement tooling and equipment facilities for stores.
- Support the Admin department in checking models, capacities, technical specifications, and ordering appropriate machinery, ovens, tools, and electrical equipment.
- Monitor supply levels and maintain availability of spare parts and replacement supplies.
3. Staff Training & Safety Compliance
- Guide and train store staff on the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems, ovens, and mechanical equipment in compliance with manufacturer instructions, engineering specifications, and manuals.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment that adheres to industry health, safety, and technical regulations.
4. Other Assigned Tasks
- Be willing and flexible to relocate or travel to other store locations per company assignments.
- Perform emergency maintenance or repair work outside of standard business hours when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Education: College Degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Experience: Minimum 03 years of extensive experience in mechanical/electrical engineering design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in Retail, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, or F&B chain networks is strongly preferred.
- Language Skills: Basic English proficiency (both written and verbal) for technical reading and reporting.
- Flexibility: Willingness to perform maintenance work outside standard business hours during equipment emergencies.
