Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Services Manager - Front Desk, based in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. The Guest Services Manager will oversee front desk operations to ensure smooth processes and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day reception duties, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly, supervising front office staff, and fostering seamless communication among team members. The role requires maintaining high service standards and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong Supervisory Skills to guide and motivate the front desk team effectively
  • Proven expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to uphold excellent guest experiences
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and other departments
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and addressing guest requests
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution and provide solutions promptly
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, is a plus
  • Previous experience in hospitality or front office roles is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
