POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for establishing and maintaining mutual understanding and goodwill between VIP guests and management.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and co-ordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to VIP guests
- Schedule activities for VIP guests
- Plan and co-ordinate all promotional activities targeting key clients.
- Trace relevant statistics about key clientele.
- Co-ordinate and supervise all activities for VIP guests.
- Assist with check-ins/check-outs of VIP clients.
- Greet VIP Guests upon arrival.
- Cover guest relations desk.
- Assist VIP guests with airline bookings and reconfirmation's.
- Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of VIP guests.
- Attend recreation activities when necessary.
- Plan and conduct VIP group and function rundown meetings.
- Assist in any other duties when required by the Guest Relations Manager.
- Assist with translations (information; guest directory; menus etc.) as required.
- Provide feedback from VIP Guests to Front Office Manager for action.

- Good writing skills.

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System.
- Problem solving and organizational abilities.
- Fluent in English.
- Second foreign language is preferred.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATES / EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma or Vocational Certification in Hotel Management, Business Administration, English or related field.
- 1 years experiences in front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
