Guest Ambassador

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Ambassador at Vinpearl, located in Phú Quốc. The Guest Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting visitors, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating memorable experiences. Additional responsibilities include liaising with other departments to meet guest requests and ensuring that all interactions align with Vinpearl's world-class standards of hospitality. Guest Ambassadors also play a key role in promoting the facilities and services offered within the Vinpearl ecosystem.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guest engagement and relationship building
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English and knowledge of other languages is a plus
• A professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality
• Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or related fields preferred
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with hospitality software systems is an advantage
