About More Than Strata

More Than Strata is building a more responsive, outcomes-driven, and AI-enabled strata management platform. We are looking for an AI-first GTM Operations Specialist (25M35M/month) to help build the go-to-market engine of the business.

This is not a traditional marketing role and not a pure sales role. It is a hands-on go-to-market operations/demand generation/pipeline role for someone who can help us engage the market like a much larger business.

You will own campaigns, buyer journeys, lead capture, HubSpot pipeline management, content production, website refresh, and onboarding handover. The role is designed to remove leadership from day-to-day business development administration, so they step in only for qualified sales calls and selected closing moments.

You will work closely with leadership, the business analyst, and the AI team to build a scalable GTM function powered by automation and AI.

What you will do

  • Build the GTM operations function for More Than Strata
  • Own HubSpot as the source of truth for leads, lifecycle stages, campaigns, and pipeline
  • Design and improve buyer journeys from first touch through onboarding handover
  • Run multi-channel GTM campaigns across: Google Ads, LinkedIn, email nurture and outbound, direct mail, etc
  • Build and manage lead capture workflows, forms, routing, qualification, and follow-up
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene, dashboards, and next-action discipline
  • Generate and coordinate content for campaigns, thought leadership, case studies, email, landing pages, and proposal support
  • Help script, create, repurpose, and distribute short-form video content
  • Support a website refresh, including messaging, positioning, conversion paths, landing pages, and stronger lead capture
  • Use AI as much as possible across research, content, campaign creation, reporting, workflow automation, and video production
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales lead for calls and conversion
  • Support onboarding handover from won client to internal delivery
  • Help make MTS look and operate like a far bigger business in market

What we are looking for

  • Strong hands-on experience in GTM operations, demand generation, RevOps, or B2B growth marketing
  • Strong HubSpot capability
  • Experience running Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Strong written English
  • Comfortable producing or coordinating commercial content
  • Comfortable helping create video content
  • Strong pipeline and CRM discipline
  • Able to work across marketing, sales support, and onboarding
  • Highly organised, commercially minded, and outcome-focused
  • AI-first mindset with proven use of AI tools to improve speed and output
