This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As a Growth Specialist, you will focus on identifying strategies for business growth and executing initiatives to drive revenue and client acquisition. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing growth hacking campaigns, fostering client relationships, managing sales pipelines, analyzing market trends, and overseeing projects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and delivering measurable outcomes are key aspects of this role.

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and measuring campaign effectiveness
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage with clients
• Proven experience in Growth Hacking and driving innovative strategies
• Sales expertise with the ability to negotiate, understand customer needs, and close deals
• Project Management capabilities to oversee initiatives and ensure timely delivery
• Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
• A proactive mindset with a results-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
