Job Description

As a Growth Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of such solutions development. You will be responsible for revenue generated from the new monetization product lineup and driving user adoption & engagement, ensuring that Zalo continues to thrive and provide higher value to its unique users and partners.

What you will do

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new monetization opportunities;
  • Define monetization product strategy including targeted segment, key selling point, pricing & packaging;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design, marketing) to ensure successful product launches;
  • Implement different tests & experimentations to validate hypotheses;
  • Track and analyze monetization performance, and make data-driven optimization decisions;
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the market and adapt strategies accordingly.

What you will need

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management in mobile or internet industry as Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, User Growth Manager or Monetization
  • Track record of successfully launching and growing monetization products is highly preferred;
  • Strong critical thinking, highly skilled in user and data insight analysis;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
