About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to drive user growth and engagement for Masan's loyalty and rewards ecosystem. This role will focus on optimizing the entire user journeyfrom acquisition and activation to retention and monetizationwhile working closely with internal teams and external partners.

You will own the growth roadmap, run data-driven experiments, and collaborate with brands, retailers, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Own Growth Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and drive the growth roadmap across the full user lifecycle: Acquisition Activation Retention Revenue Referral.
  • Identify the most impactful growth levers across the journey such as onboarding, first earn, first redeem, and repeat usage.
  • Translate business goals into clear product initiatives, success metrics, milestones, and execution plans.

Experimentation & Funnel Optimization

  • Design and execute experiments (A/B testing, cohort analysis, holdouts) with clear hypotheses and measurement frameworks.
  • Improve conversion and engagement across key product surfaces including onboarding, wallet, offers, campaigns, landing pages, and notifications.
  • Optimize incentive mechanics (points, cashback, vouchers) to maximize growth impact while protecting unit economics.

Data-driven Product Decisions

  • Work closely with Data and BI teams to define tracking events, metrics, dashboards, and experiment analysis.
  • Analyze funnel drop-offs and user behavior using cohorts, segmentation, and campaign performance analytics.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact sizing, ROI logic, and post-launch insights.

Partner Growth & Campaign Activation

  • Collaborate directly with brands, merchants, and ecosystem partners to design campaign mechanics, define KPIs, and align budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing) to launch initiatives smoothly and on schedule.
  • Lead post-campaign reviews, including performance analysis, insights, and scalable playbooks for future campaigns.

Cross-functional Product Delivery

  • Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) including scope, requirements, acceptance criteria, and tracking needs.
  • Work closely with Engineering to break down initiatives into deliverable milestones and ship iteratively.
  • Own product outcomes end-to-end: discover build launch measure iterate.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, Product Analytics, or Performance Marketing with strong product ownership.
  • Strong data-driven mindset, including funnel analysis, cohort analysis, experiment design, and performance interpretation (SQL is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including writing clear PRDs and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience working directly with external partners (brands, merchants, platform partners) and delivering joint initiatives.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments, handle ambiguity, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in loyalty programs, rewards platforms, e-commerce, retail/FMCG, fintech, or O2O ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation tools such as Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4.
  • Understanding of incentive economics and anti-fraud mechanisms (caps, velocity checks, budget controls).
  • Experience with POS systems, transaction flows, or integration-heavy platforms.
