Job Description

About ADA

ADA is the leading data and artificial intelligence company that designs and executes integrated digital, analytics, and marketing solutions. With operations across Asia and a global outlook, ADA helps enterprises accelerate their digital transformation by unlocking the power of data. We serve top-tier brands across CPG, retail, telco, and BFSI sectors through innovative and scalable data-driven solutions.

One of our core service lines is Intelligent Commerce — a solution that enables brands to unify their data across eCommerce and other channels, layer AI-driven insights on top of it, and turn that intelligence into measurable business growth.

At the heart of this is our proprietary technology platform, which automatically consolidates data from eCommerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop and more) alongside paid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads and more) and offline sources — giving brands a single, connected view of their performance and the tools to act on it.

About This Role

The Growth and Partnership Director exists to lead ADA's revenue growth agenda across the Intelligent Commerce business. This is a senior, strategic leadership role responsible for building and converting a high-value portfolio of international brand clients — driving new contract revenues, protecting and growing existing accounts, and ensuring every key stakeholder within our clients organisations derives continuous, measurable value from what ADA delivers.

The Growth and Partnership Director oversees both the Sales team and the Account Management team, setting the commercial direction, culture, and execution standards across both functions. The absolute priority of this role is to deeply map the organisational structures of international FMCG and corporate clients, build enduring personal relationships with every key decision-maker and influencer, and create the conditions for long-term revenue growth through trust, value delivery, and consistent upsell.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring exceptional commercial instinct, executive presence, and the ability to operate with credibility at the C-suite level in complex, multi-stakeholder corporate environments.

Accountabilities / Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own ADA's commercial strategy for the eCommerce business unit, setting revenue targets and go-to-market priorities across new business and existing accounts.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Sales team and the Account Management team — setting clear performance expectations, fostering a high-accountability culture, and ensuring both functions operate as one unified commercial engine.
  • Build and maintain strong personal relationships with senior stakeholders across all key client accounts — not limited to day-to-day contacts but extending to category leads, finance, procurement, and C-suite. Proactively identify relationship white spaces and deploy targeted engagement strategies to build presence at all levels of the client hierarchy.
  • Drive revenue growth through new contract wins, client retention, and disciplined upsell across the existing portfolio.
  • Serve as ADA's most senior commercial presence in client engagements for data solutions and Intelligence Commerce — leading executive presentations, strategic workshops, and high-stakes negotiations with credibility, authority, and deep industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with Delivery, Solutions, and Product teams to ensure proposals are commercially sound, operationally deliverable, and differentiated in the market. Act as the bridge between client ambition and ADA's capability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and client industry developments to sharpen ADA's commercial positioning and ensure the business stays ahead of client needs across the FMCG and retail sectors.

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification strongly preferred; candidates with equivalent executive-level track records will be considered.
  • Formal training or certification in enterprise sales methodologies (e.g. SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC) is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of commercial experience, with significant tenure in eCommerce, FMCG, or digital services in a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of leading both sales and account management teams at a senior level.
  • Demonstrated history of closing large, complex enterprise contracts and growing accounts significantly over time.
  • Deep experience navigating multi-stakeholder environments within international FMCG or corporate organisations.
  • Prior exposure to Southeast Asian markets, with understanding of the regional eCommerce landscape, is strongly preferred.
