Salary: 30-40M VND monthly gross + bonus/incentives

Location: Vinhomes Times City, Minh Khai, Hanoi

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing and growth activities for an e-commerce product targeting the US market. This role is ideal for candidates with strong digital marketing skills, strategic thinking, and experience growing online products.

Job Overview

Build and execute marketing and growth strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue in the US market.

Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content).

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to improve performance.

Work closely with Product, Design, and Development teams to launch and scale campaigns.

Track KPIs, manage budgets, optimize ROI, and report results to management.

Requirements

Must-have:

At least 3 years of experience as a Growth Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and data analytics.

Experience in e-commerce or personalized products, or the US market is highly preferred.

Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.

Good English communication skills.

Nice-to-have:

Background from top local or international universities.

Work experience in big-size / well-known company.

High IELTS score or equivalent.
