What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end growth strategies to scale Sun Group's digital products and platforms:
- Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies (SEO, paid media, app growth, CRM, product-led growth...) to acquire, activate, and retain users.
- Drive initiatives that turn traffic into engaged, loyal customers across Sun Group's digital ecosystem.
- Data-Driven Performance
- Take full ownership of growth dashboards: campaign performance, funnel conversion, user insights, CAC, ROAS, retention metrics.
- Identify opportunities through data, run rapid experiments, and iterate continuously to maximize growth ROI.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Engineering, Digital Marketing, and Business Units to plan and execute growth playbooks.
- Champion the growth mindset and ensure alignment across teams.
- Optimization & Innovation
- Lead A/B testing, experimentation pipelines, and automation initiatives.
- Explore and apply new tools, AI capabilities, and emerging digital trends to accelerate performance.
What We're Looking For
- 46+ years of hands-on experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Product Growth, Digital Marketing, or relevant fields.
- Proven track record scaling digital products or running high-performing growth campaigns.
- Strong understanding of growth funnels, user segmentation, attribution models, marketing automation, and digital analytics tools.
- Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, Meta/Google Ads, CRM systems, or CDP is a plus.
- Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for experimentation, data insights, and continuous optimization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate clearly, and move fast with purpose.
