About the Role
We are seeking an experienced GTM / B2C Growth Marketing Lead to drive high-impact growth initiatives. This is not a traditional brand marketing role; this position is ideal for a candidate who has demonstrated success in building and scaling B2C marketing campaigns, managing funnel optimization, and making data-driven decisions.
You will report directly to the founding team and play a pivotal role in shaping GTM strategies for the VN market.
Key Responsibilities
1. GTM Strategy & Execution
- Build and execute end-to-end Go-To-Market strategies for different product phases.
- Proactively propose directions, run fast market tests, learn quick, fix quick.
- Operate like a one-person growth squad product-savvy, user-focused, and decisive.
2. Content & Production
- Develop Content Maps aligned with personas and funnel stages.
- Create content when needed (brainstorm script execute publish).
- Set and track content KPIs; adjust quickly based on data.
- Manage freelancers to scale production efficiently.
3. Performance & Campaign Management
- Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.
- Make fast, data-backed decisions on scaling or cutting campaigns.
- Build KPI frameworks aligned with acquisition and revenue goals.
- Ensure all growth activities are grounded in data, not guesswork.
4. Execution, Ownership & Data Insight
- Analyze funnels to understand user drop-offs and opportunities.
- Work closely with founders with high autonomy and startup speed.
- Manage budgets and prioritize impactful experiments.
- Take full ownership of outcomes and move quickly on decisions.
Required Experience & Skills
- 35 years of experience in growth marketing, B2C marketing, or GTM roles
- Hands-on individual contributor experience capable of executing campaigns independently
- Previous experience in tech startups, EdTech, or high-growth consumer platforms
- Strong understanding of B2C funnels, paid advertising, and conversion optimization
- Ability to read and interpret data dashboards, make decisions based on metrics
- Excellent content sense and audience understanding
- High sense of ownership, decisiveness, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
