Growth Marketing Intern - Social Media Focus

Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)
About the Role
Join Thryve Vietnam as we scale a fast-growing venture in the tourism industry. You will work directly with the Lead of Growth Marketing and the CMO to run day-to-day marketing operations. This role is designed for a creative and proactive individual to take ownership of our organic presence in online communities and manage conversational growth across platforms like Reddit, Instagram, Threads, and Facebook. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position in 3-6 months.
What You'll Do
- Community Strategy: Identify and research online communities, forums, and discussion groups where travelers gather to share advice and seek recommendations about Vietnam Travel.
- Social Media Management (Reddit, Instagram, Threads, Facebook): Set up and run our social media accounts, including content scheduling and performance reporting.
- Influencer Collaboration: Research and connect with relevant travel influencers and content creators to build partnerships that amplify our community reach.
- Content Creation: Draft engaging posts, comments, and value-first content tailored to a global travel audience.
- Monitoring & Listening: Track mentions of our brand and competitors in online communities to identify opportunities for growth and support.
- Data Analysis: Collect and organize data from community engagement and social campaigns to assess their effectiveness, propose solutions, and communicate data with company leadership.
- Integrated Growth Support (SEO & Paid Channels): Assist the team with keyword research and updating blog content to drive organic traffic. Support Google Search Ads by reviewing search terms and drafting ad copy.
What We're Looking For
- Strong English skills
- A strong interest in growth, digital marketing, community building, or communications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to write in a way that feels human, helpful, and non-corporate.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets to track community growth and engagement metrics.
