Position: Growth Marketing Intern

Working type: Hybrid (WFH Thursday and Friday) - Onsite in Floor 15, 279 Nguyen Tri Phuong, District 10, HCMC

Allowance: No allowance, learning as allowance

Duration: 3-6 months

Role Description

- Assist in creating engaging social media content (Zalo OA, TikTok, Facebook) for sports lovers.

- Support the design of marketing visuals (posts, stories, banners) using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.

- Help brainstorm and execute creative campaigns to promote sports events and app features.

- Write catchy captions, blog snippets, and email newsletters to boost user engagement.

- Monitor social media trends and suggest fresh ideas to grow ONTO's online presence.

- Collaborate with the marketing and design team to maintain brand consistency.

- Assist in analyzing campaign performance (basic reporting using Google Analytics, Meta Insights).

Qualifications

- Currently a student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields.

- A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.

- Familiar with Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or basic graphic/video editing tools.

- Passion for sports and desire to create meaningful products for the community is a big plus!

- Have a personal laptop to work.
