What you'll do
- Lead PayFi growth and promotion in Vietnam, including card activation, payment usage, user education, and local campaign execution.
- Build and manage both Web3 and Web2 channels, including crypto communities, KOLs, affiliates, fintech users, lifestyle influencers, merchants, and offline partners.
- Identify and develop local partnership opportunities with payment-related platforms, merchant networks, communities, agencies, and ecosystem partners.
- Plan and execute online and offline campaigns to drive real PayFi adoption, focusing on user quality, transaction frequency, activation rate, and retention.
- Work closely with internal PayFi, product, marketing, and growth teams to provide local market insights, user feedback, and product improvement suggestions.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, channel quality, and user behavior to continuously optimize local growth strategy.
What you'll need
- Based in Vietnam, or able to frequently attend local offline events, merchant meetings, and community meetups.
- 3+ years of experience in growth, BD, partnerships, community, fintech, crypto, payment, or wallet-related roles.
- Strong understanding of the Vietnam crypto market, including local Web3 communities, KOLs, exchanges, wallets, and user behavior.
- Experience in PayFi, crypto card, payment, fintech, e-wallet, or merchant promotion is highly preferred.
- Able to engage both Web2 and Web3 users/channels, with strong execution ability in campaigns, partnerships, and local user activation.
- Data-driven mindset, able to evaluate campaign quality based on activation, payment usage, transaction frequency, retention, and business impact.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with strong communication skills and the ability to translate local market insights into clear product and business feedback.
