Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for a Growth Lead to drive user acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth for a Crypto SaaS analytics platform. This role goes beyond traditional marketing—you will own the entire customer journey, optimize product-led growth strategies, and work closely with Product to improve user activation and long-term engagement.

The ideal candidate combines strong growth marketing expertise, data-driven decision making, and hands-on experience in the crypto trading ecosystem, with the ability to understand trader behavior and translate market insights into effective growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, from acquisition and trial activation to paid conversion, retention, and subscription upgrades.
  • Analyze growth funnels, user behavior, and key business metrics to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and revenue.
  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies, including onboarding, customer engagement, retention, and reactivation campaigns through email automation.
  • Work closely with Product teams to prioritize features and user experience improvements that increase activation and customer retention.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing on landing pages, pricing strategies, messaging, email campaigns, and conversion flows.
  • Build scalable community and referral growth initiatives by leveraging existing user communities and owned marketing channels.
  • Track and report core growth metrics such as CVR, CAC, LTV, retention, and churn, using data to drive decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Growth Marketing, Product Growth, or Growth Strategy, preferably within SaaS or subscription-based products.
  • Strong understanding of growth funnels, customer lifecycle management, and conversion optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing automation, behavioral segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using product analytics tools; SQL is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling messaging for a sophisticated audience.
  • Solid understanding of the cryptocurrency market and hands-on trading experience is highly preferred. Candidates should be familiar with crypto market dynamics, trading behavior, and on-chain analytics.
  • Experience with SaaS pricing strategies, subscription models, community-led growth, or Web3 ecosystems is a plus.
