About the Role:

We're looking for a User Acquisition & Community Specialist to grow our mobile products through paid acquisition, social channels, and community engagement in a squad-based, product-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and optimize UA campaigns (Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Track key metrics: CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention.
• Run A/B tests on creatives and campaigns; work with designers on ad testing.
• Manage social channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Reddit).
• Build and engage user communities (Discord, Telegram, forums).
• Share insights with PM/PO to support product growth.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in User Acquisition, Digital Marketing, or Social Media (mobile apps preferred).
• Hands-on experience with at least one UA channel (ASA, Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Experience managing social media or online communities.
• Data-driven mindset, good communication skills.
• Good writing skills in English or Vietnamese.

Nice to have

• App monetization knowledge (subscription, freemium, IAP).
• Familiarity with Firebase, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Adjust/AppsFlyer.
