Responsibilities of the role:
Understand your client portfolio and team's workflow in the existing media campaign
Support team in timely tracking and reporting campaign results, weekly reports, ad-hoc reports requested by the client
Ensure smooth campaign implementation from processing the booking, following up to the billing post-campaign
Assist the team in all aspects of administration tasks in media planning
Keep learning and developing technical and industry knowledge.
Develop and maintain good relationships with publishers, vendors, and stakeholders
Support team in pitching project if any
Other tasks will be assigned by the line manage
Join us if you are
A junior/senior student or a fresh-graduated with passion in the media, digital industry.
Available for the minimum 4 months duration internship and open for the permanent position afterward.
Good at English in both verbal and written.
Comfortable working with details, figures, and have a data-driven mindset.
Accountable to work under pressure, handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Understanding briefly about the industry, business, brands, and consumers in the Vietnam landscape.
Having proven hands-on experience of advertising technology platforms (ad servers, DSPs, Facebook Ads Manager ) is a strong plus
