This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vietnam for a Group Human Resources Manager. The individual will be responsible for overseeing HR operations across multiple properties, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Duties involve developing HR strategies, managing performance review processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and spearheading professional development programs. The role also entails serving as a key advisor to leadership teams on organizational development and culture-building initiatives.

• Proven expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and onboarding processes
• Strong skills in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution
• Proficiency in HR Policy Development, Compliance, and Labor Law knowledge
• Experience in Training, Professional Development, and Leadership Development
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus
