Role Summary
The Group Head of Marketing will play a pivotal role in leading and evolving the Group's multi-brand marketing strategy. This strategic and hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand building, innovation, and commercial growth.
You will be responsible for accelerating brand equity, spearheading marketing innovation, and building a data-driven Martech ecosystem that powers acquisition, engagement, and long-term value creation. Working in close partnership with the CEOs, function heads, and regional teams, you will ensure marketing is a core growth engine across Vietnam and future international markets.
Location: Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam)
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Own and evolve the Group's marketing strategy across brands, customer segments, and geographies
- Define and drive brand positioning and market differentiation in both established and emerging markets
- Collaborate with the Investment Committee and senior leadership to align marketing with growth and expansion strategies
Brand Acceleration & Innovation
- Lead the development of purpose-led, emotionally resonant brands that deeply connect with students, parents, and partners
- Oversee creative direction, brand experience, and storytelling across all touchpoints
- Champion innovation in campaign design, digital platforms, and marketing models to stay ahead of the curve
Martech & Data-Driven Growth
- Design and scale a high-performing Martech stack to support CRM, automation, personalization, and advanced analytics
- Establish marketing dashboards and performance tracking systems to drive ROI and actionable insights
- Foster a test-and-learn culture that encourages experimentation, iteration, and learning
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work in close alignment with Sales to translate marketing strategies into measurable business outcomes
- Partner with Product, Learning Experience, and Customer Experience teams to co-create impactful go-to-market strategies
- Lead internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency and clarity across all channels
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, agile marketing team across the Group
- Elevate marketing capabilities through training, innovation, and strategic talent development
- Provide ongoing coaching and direction to marketing leaders across all business units
Qualifications & Experience
- 1015+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, ideally within education, retail, FMCG, or other consumer-focused sectors
- Proven success in building and evolving brands, with a track record of marketing transformation and commercial impact
- Strong expertise in Martech systems, CRM, and performance marketing
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindsetable to connect creative storytelling with measurable business results
- Experience in supporting international expansion, especially franchising or multi-market growth, is a strong plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in high-growth, dynamic environments
- Fluent in English; Vietnamese or another ASEAN language is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
