Group Financial Controller

Role: Group Financial Control

Responsible for directing the financial control framework to enhance financial performance, profitability, optimize costs, strengthen financial governance, and support sustainable growth across all the universities and business units assigned. Oversee budgeting, cost control, financial risk management, and ensure data integrity and compliance with internal financial regulations

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum of 1015 years of progressive experience in financial planning, controlling, and auditing. At least 5 years in a senior manager or director-level role, overseeing complex financial structures for large groups or multinational corporations
• Proven FMCG background experience, with a deep understanding of industry-specific cost structures, distribution models, and fast-paced market dynamic
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to influence C-suite stakeholders
