Group Chief Accountant
A strategic finance leadership role driving governance, transformation, and scalable growth across the AIG ecosystem.The role offers a unique opportunity to:

The successful candidate will play a critical role in building a modern, scalable, and internationally aligned finance organization.
The successful candidate will lead:
- Group-wide accounting operations across 10+ entities
- IFRS transition and consolidation governance
- ERP / RPA / finance automation initiatives
- Tax and treasury optimization
- Manufacturing & trading finance controls
- Finance process standardization across the Group

Required Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance
- Professional certification: Vietnamese Chief Accountant Certificate (required); ACCA, CPA
- Experience: 15+ years in finance/accounting, with at least 5 years at the Group level for a corporation with revenue 15,000 billion VND.
- Industry knowledge: prior experience in a manufacturing-trading hybrid environment is essential.
