OVERVIEW
Ensure that all financial statements and practices are under the control; and are correct as per Vietnamese accounting laws and company policies;
Manage and oversee the entire accounting teams of both corporate office and owned projects.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build-up & manage accounting control system to ensure the accounting jobs of Company in compliance with the accounting principles & government law and respond to issue financial & internal reports accurately, timely and sufficiently;
• Review and improve accounting and operating procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures;
• Prepare and provide input to budget preparation, financial analysis of operations for use by the management;
• Control budget & cash flow to save cost and increase productivity;
• Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls;
• Work with tax consulting agencies for all questions relate to business, contract or a specific operation;
• Working with System Provider for ERP improvement/ implementation and all other reports required and Implement all processes, focus in business and management;
• Working with Banks on treasury matters such as loan, payment, foreign exchanges;
• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operation;
• Review & approve payment vouchers, accounts reconciliation & journal entries;
• Take full responsibility for month-end closing;
• Control capex & working capital;
• Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations;
• Be responsible for external auditing to ensure that the audited reports are issued on time as regulated & committed;
• Support DOF in ensuring that intercompany cost, fund transfer, loan allocations & reconciliation are in line with regulation & management agreements;
• Support DOF to improve management reporting system & operation systemization;
• Produce and training process, policy to new staffs to be sooner integrated;
• Produce training programs periodically to improve Staffs to the next levels;
• Set, review, approve, appraise the KPIs for staffs to perform efficiently;
• Any reports & tasks are assigned by DOF & CEO.
JOB COMPETENCE & QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance;
• Minimum 5 years of working experiences at senior level positions; required experiences in both real estate and hospitality industries;
• Excellent knowledge of Financial, Accounting and Tax laws, regulations and practices;
• Strong managerial and leadership skills and strong result oriented;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Familiar with accounting software;
• Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
