Job Description

What You'll Do

1. Lead team to Grow volume, revenue and share in the Modern Trade channel

• Deliver overall KPIs/AOP of group by coaching/giving guidelines, setting directions and/or directly involving if needed, making timely decision to support the team

• Lead team to deliver JBP/Top to Top, including working with cross functional team: Trade & Marketing for planning & budget; lead meeting's agenda/discussion with customers

• Build team capability

• Be updated with markets, insights, trends & cascade new strategies/policy of company

• Lead to Develop, sell, and execute effective CDAs

• Drive for initiatives to improve the business performance

• Call on all customer wiring assignments as planned

• Ensure budget was well spent and leveraged within the team. Analyze the results of budget used

• Ensure to achieve 5 points scorecards of group accounts

• Lead team to have performance and compliance to CDAs monitored, taking corrective action where necessary

2. Setting objectives and tracking results

• Set clear objectives for each accounts and for team members that are consistent with company goals with each member of the team

• Lead for pricing and promotions analysis and propose to change price/promo strategy if needed to facilitate the changes of companies

• Tracking progress vs objectives and review with team for timely corrective actions/solutions

• Closely follow up with team to track the progress and provide OWO coaching/on the job coaching to provide supports to team

3. Identify & Win New Business

• Based on market trends, insights etc. to identify and evaluate new business opportunities for category growth or for sustainable future growth and Lead for Actions and Drive for Results

• Evaluate new customers/business & & develop SPVB products in new accounts in assigned location with effective CDA

4. Others

• Update/work with Region/Globe if needed

• Lead for execution

• Lead for internal process simplification and productivity/effectiveness of team

• Address team issue & Lead problem solving

• Lead for team projects for new business and to improve current performance

• Lead and support Director for incurring projects/new scope of works

• Develop team

What You need to be successful

- University degree

- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experiences in FMCG.

- Excellent knowledge & understanding & relationship/networks of Modern Trade channel from planning to Execution

- Experienced with Top to Top and JBP process

- Insights understanding, insights into action

- Strong conceptual selling, communication and negotiation skills

- Strong leadership and individual influencing skills

- Strategic thinking, Big picture, visions

- Initiative, proactive and result-oriented

- Advanced English
