Role Overview
You'll own our visual storytelling: shaping and maintaining a consistent brand identity, producing high-quality assets, and collaborating across teams to deliver on time. This role is remote, with the intention to transition into a core in-house designer with us.
What You'll Do
- Develop and evolve brand guidelines that capture our personality and keep all visuals cohesive across channels.
- Design marketing and product collateral (digital and print), including social content, ads, web assets, emails, presentations, one-pagers, and brochures.
- Translate briefs into standout concepts, refine based on feedback, and present work clearly to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines; prioritize work and communicate progress proactively.
- Prepare production-ready files; ensure consistency in typography, color, imagery, and layout.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to align creative with business goals.
- Maintain and organize design libraries and templates for efficient reuse and scaling.
- Monitor design quality and brand consistency across all deliverables.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, cohesive systems, and polished execution.
- Mastery of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
- Solid grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience delivering high-quality assets on tight timelines and managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting ideas and rationale.
- High level of creativity, ownership, and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Image rendering/visualization (e.g., 3D, advanced compositing, photorealistic mockups).
- Experience with Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools.
- Motion graphics or simple animation for social/ads.
- Basic knowledge of print production and vendor coordination.
- Understanding of web design principles and asset optimization.
Tools You'll Use
- Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop; Illustrator preferred).
- Project management and communication tools (e.g., Asana, Slack).
