Role Description
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for developing design concepts and creative directions across event and marketing deliverables, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. You'll collaborate closely with project, operations, and client-facing teams to translate briefs into strong visual solutions, from initial concept to final artwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and propose creative directions for event and brand deliverables, aligned with project objectives and audience.
- Design a range of materials including (but not limited to):
- Event key visuals, branding systems, and themes
- Digital assets (social posts, EDM banners, website/event page visuals)
- Print and production artworks (backdrops, stage visuals, signage, standees, brochures)
- Presentation decks and proposals (layout and visual storytelling)
- Translate briefs into concept sketches/mood boards and design systems where required.
- Prepare production-ready files and adapt designs across multiple formats and sizes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure artwork accuracy, print specs, and timelines are met.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining quality under tight deadlines.
- Ensure all deliverables follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Participate in creative reviews and contribute ideas to improve design quality and process.
Requirements
- Based in Vietnam, able to work remotely.
- Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, colour, composition).
- Able to communicate confidently in English (written and spoken) for briefings, feedback cycles, and project coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative directions (concept thinking, mood boards, key visual exploration), not only execution.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Understanding of print production basics (bleed, colour profiles, file preparation) is an advantage.
- Organised, responsive, and comfortable working with feedback and iterations.
- Portfolio required (behance/pdf/website) showcasing both concept work and final outputs.
