Responsible for ensuring flawless printing of packaging and point-of-purchase (POP,Merchanding) materials. Additionally, this role requires a strong understanding of branding and the ability to handlegraphics projectssuch as line extensions, country of origin updates, licensing refreshes, etc.Some of the digital projects will be website banners, social media graphics, etc.The individual will work directly with print suppliers in Southeast Asia to ensure high-quality production standards.Must be able tocoordinate and prioritize print production schedules and workflows, and review artwork for accuracy to ensure it meets production specifications.

• Act as the conduit between US based Creative team, Asia, and Australia marketsand the Asian suppliers.
• Create and revise print-ready artwork for packaging and POP materials.
• Ensureall artwork is correctly formatted andoptimizedfor printing.
• Digital Assets:Website banners, product imagery, social media graphics, display banners, and video assets (editing only for video).
• Sales Collateral:Sell sheets, product fact sheets, trade show materials, branded PowerPointtemplates,and pitch decks.
• Collaborate with the design team to implement design elements and standards.
• Liaise with Southeast Asia print suppliers to confirm specifications and address any issues that may arise.
• Perform quality control on final prints to ensure they meet set standards.
• Stay updated on the latest design and printing technologies.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects within design specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Verbal and Oral communication skills, presentation, and the ability to sell ideas.
  

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field with a minimum of 3years of experiencedesigning packaging graphics,oranAssociate'sdegree in Graphic Design with 6 years of working experience designing packaging graphics
• Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiencyin design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe XD)and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong computer skillsand virtual workflow(MAC platform)
• Strong understanding of print production processes and techniques(isaPlus)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills,and canmanage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communicationand collaboration skills.
• Understanding ofbranding principles and ability tomaintainbrand consistency across projects.
• Experience working with international print suppliers, particularly in Southeast Asia(isaPlus)
• Familiarity with color management and proofing processes.
• Proficiencyin Vietnamese &Englishcommunicationskills.(Mandarinisaplus.)
