About Us
We are a fast-growing US-based e-commerce company specializing in premium home theater seating and automotive furniture under the Seatcraft and Qualitex brands. We sell across our own websites and major marketplaces, and we're building out our Ho Chi Minh City office as a key part of our global team. You'll work closely with our Vietnam colleagues and collaborate daily with our design and marketing team in the United States.
The Role
We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer who brings a sharp modern aesthetic and a forward-thinking approach to design. You'll create visuals across e-commerce, digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, and product presentation — work that reaches hundreds of thousands of customers.
This isn't a traditional design job. We expect you to be fluent in AI tools and use them actively as part of how you work — not as a novelty, but as a genuine part of your creative process.
What You'll Do
- Design graphics for product pages, email marketing, paid ads (Google, Meta), and social media
- Create promotional banners, lifestyle visuals, and brand assets for our Shopify-based websites and Amazon stores
- Build and maintain email design templates in Klaviyo
- Collaborate with our US-based design, marketing, and product teams across time zones
- Iterate quickly on creative concepts using a blend of Figma and AI-assisted workflows
- Maintain a consistent, clean, and modern visual brand across all touchpoints
What We're Looking For
- Figma is your primary tool — you're fast, organized, and build clean component-based files
- AI is part of your daily workflow — you actively use tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar to ideate, generate, and refine visuals
- Familiarity with Shopify and designing within its ecosystem
- Experience with or willingness to learn Klaviyo for email template design
- A modern, clean aesthetic — your portfolio reflects contemporary design sensibilities: sharp layouts, intentional typography, refined use of color
- Strong written English communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced environment
- E-commerce or product design experience is a plus
