We are looking for a creative and business-minded Graphic Designer to join our Growth Team at MEANDER Group!
What You'll Do:
- Design marketing materials including social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, slides, landing pages, and POSM
- Create and edit engaging short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and Ads
- Use Canva proficiently to design quickly, on-brand, and scalable content
- Apply AI tools in design and video production to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to understand business goals and customer insights
- Optimize designs based on real performance metrics: CTR, views, engagement, and conversion
Requirements:
- Business-minded approach: understand that design must not only be beautiful but also sell
- Proficiency in Canva and working knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator/CapCut/Premiere
- Active use of AI tools in design and video production
- Trend-sensitive with strong understanding of social media platforms
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment
- Basic English communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in hospitality, accommodation services, personal branding, or retail
- Real working portfolio demonstrating your skills
Key Skills:
- Strong aesthetic sense with clear layout and brand alignment
- Understanding of user behavior on social platforms
- Ability to interpret briefs and ask strategic questions
