Role Overview

LenX Energy is looking for a highly capable Graphic Designer to support our Marketing team in executing high-quality, brand-consistent visuals across all channels.

This is not a passive design role. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager to translate ideas, campaigns, and technical content into polished, conversion-driven visuals. Speed, consistency, and attention to detail matter just as much as creativity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Sales Collateral
  • Design brochures, proposals, pitch decks, and sales materials
  • Create visually compelling infographics (especially energy savings, ESG, ROI, etc.)
  • Support EaaS campaigns with clear, persuasive visuals
  • Ensure all materials are aligned with LenX brand guidelines

2. Social Media & Digital Content
  • Design daily/weekly social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create ad creatives for paid campaigns
  • Produce simple animations or motion graphics when needed

3. Brand Consistency
  • Maintain strict consistency across all designs (colors, fonts, layout systems)
  • Improve and evolve existing templates (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Build reusable design systems to speed up content production

4. Collaboration with Marketing
  • Work directly with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns
  • Translate rough ideas or briefs into clean, professional visuals
  • Provide input on how to improve visual communication

5. Internal & Project Support
  • Design project visuals (site signage, solar system diagrams, before/after visuals)
  • Support showroom visuals and company presentations
  • Occasionally assist with internal documents and branding materials

Required Skills & Experience
  • 24 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, corporate design

Proficiency in:

  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Canva (important for speed and team collaboration)
  • PowerPoint (for pitch decks)
  • Strong layout, typography, and color skills
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines precisely
  • Fast execution speed without sacrificing quality

Nice to Have
  • Experience with B2B or industrial/technical industries
  • Basic motion design (After Effects or similar)
  • Experience designing for sales-driven content (not just pretty design)
  • Understanding of branding systems and visual identity development
