Role OverviewLenX Energy is looking for a highly capable Graphic Designer to support our Marketing team in executing high-quality, brand-consistent visuals across all channels.
This is not a passive design role. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager to translate ideas, campaigns, and technical content into polished, conversion-driven visuals. Speed, consistency, and attention to detail matter just as much as creativity.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing & Sales Collateral- Design brochures, proposals, pitch decks, and sales materials
- Create visually compelling infographics (especially energy savings, ESG, ROI, etc.)
- Support EaaS campaigns with clear, persuasive visuals
- Ensure all materials are aligned with LenX brand guidelines
2. Social Media & Digital Content- Design daily/weekly social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Create ad creatives for paid campaigns
- Produce simple animations or motion graphics when needed
3. Brand Consistency- Maintain strict consistency across all designs (colors, fonts, layout systems)
- Improve and evolve existing templates (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Build reusable design systems to speed up content production
4. Collaboration with Marketing- Work directly with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns
- Translate rough ideas or briefs into clean, professional visuals
- Provide input on how to improve visual communication
5. Internal & Project Support- Design project visuals (site signage, solar system diagrams, before/after visuals)
- Support showroom visuals and company presentations
- Occasionally assist with internal documents and branding materials
Required Skills & Experience- 24 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, corporate design
Proficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Canva (important for speed and team collaboration)
- PowerPoint (for pitch decks)
- Strong layout, typography, and color skills
- Ability to follow brand guidelines precisely
- Fast execution speed without sacrificing quality
Nice to Have - Experience with B2B or industrial/technical industries
- Basic motion design (After Effects or similar)
- Experience designing for sales-driven content (not just pretty design)
- Understanding of branding systems and visual identity development
