Roles & Responsibilities

  • In charge of team management & managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop high-quality designs using licensed characters materials while keeping their core identity. Ensure all designs follow project's objectives and character guidelines, while keeping creativity.
  • Understand the nature, objective, and business context of each project.
  • Managing design tasks effectively across multiple projects.
  • Balance creativity, compliance, and timeline in a practical way.
  • Coordinate closely with Brand Assurance, and Licensing team.
  • Support and guide junior designers when needed.
  • Stay updated with trends.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in character licensing, branding, or entertainment industries.
  • Proven experience in studio operations, with a strong background across multiple design disciplines; capable of leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong foundation in design principles with solid design thinking.
  • Understanding of 3D modeling; ability to apply AI tools in design workflow, especially for 3D development, is a strong advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing, motion graphics.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing or production processes.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Hard-working, highly responsible, well-mannered, strong passion to work, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
  • English: Good communication.
