JOB DESCRIPTION
AIM OF THE JOB:
This role is responsible for the high quality designs across all POSM (OOH, in-mall collaterals, digital and social media assets, tenants and co branding materials)
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Develop key visual, graphics, logo, layouts, and videos/motion graphics for digital platforms (social media, websites, FB, loyal app,) and print (standees, leaflets, lift advertising etc.) which suitable for trending.
- Adapt the key visual to various dimensions for Monthly promotion, events, and updated directory etc.
- Maintain and elevate brand guidelines across all internal and external communication materials.
- Edit and retouch photos/videos for events, promotions, decorations, and PR coverage.
- Working with external printing suppliers to ensure the final physical products meet quality and color standard.
- Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure a cohesive message in all designs.
- Provide design support for various operational needs across the mall, including the loyal app, Mall's Operation and other departments, to enhance overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the Head of Department or Management from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in graphic/multimedia design experience in retail, events or marketing environments is an advantage.
- Proficiency in core design software (e.g. Auto cad/Adobe Creative Cloud etc.).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative projects (short videos, photography, key visuals, digital and print assets etc.), with the ability to think creatively and develop fresh ideas and concepts.

- Good command of spoken and written English is an advantage.
