Description
- Design communication and internal culture materials: posters, banners, backdrops, event collaterals, and communication documents.
- Participate in building and developing brand identity systems for projects/programs.
- Support the design of marketing materials when needed (digital, social, basic branding).
- Collaborate with the Content/Marketing team to develop visual concepts aligned with campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs. Manage, organize, and update the design asset library.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Working hours: 8:00 AM 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (1.5-hour lunch break)
- Proficient in design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator (knowledge of Premiere/After Effects is a plus)
- Strong aesthetic sense with a basic understanding of branding Proactive, responsible, and able to work under deadlines
- Prior experience in an agency or in-house Marketing/Communications team is preferred
