CoderSchool is a technology education platform that empowers individuals to build meaningful careers in tech. We deliver hands-on programs in Web Development, Data Science, and AI, working closely with industry partners to bridge learning and real-world application.
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling and excited to grow in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with the Marketing team to bring CoderSchool's brand to life across multiple channels:
- Design social media visuals (static posts, carousels, and simple motion assets when needed)
- Create marketing materials such as banners, posters, flyers, and other collaterals
- Support design needs for campaigns, events, workshops, and hackathons
- Apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency in layout, typography, and overall look & feel
- Collaborate with Content and Marketing teammates to turn briefs into clear visual outputs
- Adapt designs for different formats and platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Website, Email, etc.)
- Manage revisions and deliverables efficiently to meet deadlines
Requirements
- From 2 years of experience in Graphic Design (in-house/agency all accepted) or equivalent portfolio
- Portfolio demonstrating social media and marketing design work (branding work is a plus)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign)
- Basic video editing or simple motion design is a plus (e.g., Premiere/CapCut/After Effects/Canva).
- Understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Able to follow brand guidelines while maintaining creativity
- Open to feedback, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks with good attention to detail
- Conversational English
Nice to Have
- Experience in education, technology, or startup environments
- Familiarity with Figma
- Interest in digital marketing and social media trends
