Job Description:
This position will support the design team in transforming traditional training materials into highly interactive digital learning formats.
- Content Digitization: Use e-learning authoring tools to develop digital E-Learning courses.
- Media Processing: Search for and perform basic editing of images, audio, and video materials to illustrate learning content (using Adobe tools or simple editing software).
- Interactive Design: Create interactive learning activities (quizzes, drag-and-drop exercises, basic gamification elements) in Articulate Storyline to enhance learner engagement.
- Quality Control (QC): Review and identify technical issues, display errors, and spelling/grammar mistakes in learning materials before publication.
- General Support: Participate in brainstorming sessions and perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager
Job Requirements:
Education:
Final-year students or recent graduates from Universities/Colleges majoring in Multimedia Technology, Graphic Design, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
- Basic proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
- Nice-to-have skills:
- 3D Art (modeling, texturing, etc.)
- Video production (video editing, motion graphics)
Soft Skills:
- Strong aesthetic sense with clear layout and visual composition
- Careful, detail-oriented, and meticulous
- Strong self-learning ability
- Ability to apply AI tools effectively in work
