Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Development

Create and develop marketing materials in line with brand guidelines and resort objectives.

Design promotional collateral including:

Digital advertisements

Social media content

Website banners

Email marketing assets

Posters, flyers, brochures, menus, and signage

Event and campaign visuals

Produce artwork for seasonal campaigns, festive events, and resort activations.

Ensure consistency of visual identity across all touchpoints.

Photography & Content Support

Support resort photo and video shoots.

Edit and retouch photos for marketing and communication purposes.

Assist in creating visual content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Internal Communication & Employer Branding

Design materials for internal communication initiatives, colleague engagement activities, training programs, and recruitment campaigns.

Support HR and department heads with creative materials for employee events and recognition programs.

Brand Compliance

Ensure all designs comply with corporate brand standards and resort guidelines.

Maintain organized archives of creative assets, templates, and brand resources.

Project Coordination

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, F&B, Rooms Division, Spa, and other departments to understand design requirements.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and production agencies when required.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, or luxury brands.

Experience working with international brand standards is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Proficient in:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe InDesign

Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred)

Adobe After Effects (preferred)

Knowledge of photography, photo editing, and basic video editing.

Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar design platforms is an advantage.
