Requirement:
I. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce images ensuring the products follow the specific guidelines of each campaign and client requirements.
- Produce images for products such as social media banners, websites, packaging, etc.
- Collaborate on brainstorming ideas, and presenting ideas with the team and leader.
- Capable of sketching ideas.
- Stay updated and capture new design trends.
- Be creative and flexible, quickly coming up with ideas and solutions to address feedback from leaders and clients.
- Hard-working, able to work under high pressure to meet deadlines.
II. Key Deliverables:
- Understand design principles to produce artwork and key visuals for campaigns.
- Able to lead juniors and interns to work effectively in teams.
- Have a high sense of responsibility.
- Stay updated and capture new design trends.
- Be creative and flexible, quickly coming up with ideas and solutions to address feedback from leaders and clients.
III. Qualifications/Requirements:
- Have a high sense of responsibility.
- Have about 2 - 3 years of experience in Agency site
- Proficient in graphic design software. Ability to create illustrations or motion videos is a plus.
