To support this growth, we are building a professional team based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
This team will handle operations, content creation, and customer support for our U.S. business.
Our goal is to connect talented people from Vietnam with our team in the United States and work together toward high quality and modern service standards.
Role Description
A Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual materials that represent the coffee brand and its story. This position is ideal for creative individuals who have a strong eye for design and enjoy turning ideas into appealing visuals. You will work with our international marketing team to design materials that match our U.S. market style and standards. Job subject to change to on-site office in Ho Chi Minh in the future.
Qualifications
- Able to communicate and understand work documents in English
- At least 1 year of experience in graphic design or branding
- Proficient in C Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or Canva Pro
- Able to use or willing to learn AI tools for creative design (such as Firefly, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, etc., etc.).
- Have a good sense of color, layout, and aesthetics.
- Responsible, creative, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Design banners, menus, packaging, social media posts, POSM, and other marketing materials for the coffee brand.
- Create visual designs for marketing campaigns and media platforms.
- Use AI tools for design (such as Firefly, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, ChatGPT prompts).
- Work with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or Canva to complete design projects.
- Collaborate with the content and video teams to keep a consistent brand style.
Working conditions
- Work schedule: Based on Vietnam Time, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday, and from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Saturday
- Days off: Monday (equivalent to Sunday in the U.S.) and Vietnam public holidays.
- Location: Ho Chi Minh City (Remote with possibility of being on-site in the future.)
- Working language: English (for communication, emails, and documents).
- Flexibility with meetings based off of U.S timezone.

Salary
- 16M VND - 22M VND monthly range.
