Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Graphic Designer is a key member of the Creative Team. This person works closely with internal stakeholders and project teams to create high quality visual assets. The main focus of the role is static graphic design, including banners, logos, branding, and marketing materials. The role also includes occasional motion and video work. The Graphic Designer is expected to work well both independently and as part of a team, deliver work on time, and bring fresh ideas that support strong brand identity and clear communication across all channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce static promotional banners, marketing creatives, and campaign assets for digital and print channels.
  • Create and manage logo designs and brand identity work for internal and client facing needs.
  • Produce branding and promotional materials that follow brand guidelines.
  • Create original illustrations for various projects. The designer can illustrate by hand or use AI tools to speed up the work. Working knowledge of AI image generation is a plus.
  • Produce icons and supporting graphics when needed.
  • Design and create animated promotional banners when required.
  • Handle short video composition and clip editing tasks on request.

Note: Motion and video work is not the main focus of this role. Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is required, but most of the daily work will be static design.

Process and Collaboration

  • Manage multiple projects from brief to completion with minimal supervision. This includes both high priority tickets and larger projects.
  • Work closely with the Creative Team, internal departments, and stakeholders to confirm design requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Understand business needs and turn them into clear concepts and solutions. Share ideas and research in team meetings.
  • Keep each design ticket up to date with progress, planning, and schedule. Manage promotional assets across all required versions and languages.
  • Make sure all design assets, such as images, fonts, and logos, are properly licensed, free for commercial use, or correctly credited.

Person Specifications:

Skills and Qualities

  • Strong creative skills and solid design ability. Able to take an idea from concept to a polished final result.
  • Able to work from a clear brief and understand business requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to deliver work on tight deadlines.
  • Confident in presenting and explaining ideas to managers and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good time management and well organized.
  • Proactive, self motivated, and passionate about design.

Knowledge and Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design (agency, in house, or e commerce).
  • Degree, diploma, or certificate in a design related subject.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro for occasional motion and video tasks.
  • Figma knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience using AI tools (for example, for illustration, ideation, or asset generation) is a plus.

  • A portfolio link or PDF showing banner design, logo work, and branding samples is required. Motion or video samples are welcome but not required.
