JOB DESCRIPTION
- Understand the plans and orientations (regarding design) of clients that the Creative team has set out in medium and long-term plans.
- Research and study the moodboard, style, and orientation of each client.
- Design and direct the key visuals for the client's marketing campaigns.
- Design, present, and sketch from the ideas and briefs of the Creative team to produce artworks that convey the information, ideas, or products of the company and clients.
- Proficiently use design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and similar tools to create unique and creative designs.
- Work with other departments (Creative, Account, etc.) within the Company to ensure the designs align with the client's requirements and meet their expectations.
- Ensure that design materials meet the quality standards and resolution required for printing or online use.
- Edit and adjust designs after receiving feedback from clients.
- Ensure that the final products and layouts are visually appealing and include the brand logo.
- Manage time and meet deadlines to ensure that design materials are completed on schedule.
- Follow instructions from superiors.

- Working hours:
Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Saturday (Work From Home) from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Have more than 01 years of experience in an equivalent position; design experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Possess a deep understanding of design principles, layout, color, and typography.
- Have a good aesthetic sense, creativity, and the ability to catch up with modern design trends.
- Capable of working independently, proactively, and with high responsibility.
- Good communication skills, receiving and processing feedback quickly.
- Proficient in design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.)
