Role Purpose
Develop creative 2D and 3D design solutions for digital communication (D-Com) and in-store assets that enhance brand visibility, support commercial objectives, and deliver a consistent consumer experience across retail touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop 2D and 3D creative assets based on brand and Business Unit briefs.
- Create retail materials including POSM, display units, shop-in-shop elements, product showcases, window displays, and other in-store communication assets.
- Produce 3D renderings, mock-ups, and visualizations to support concept development and stakeholder presentations.
- Adapt global or regional creative guidelines into locally relevant retail executions while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with Brand, Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Production teams to ensure designs meet business objectives and operational requirements.
- Work closely with vendors and production partners to ensure design feasibility and execution quality.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed according to timelines, budget requirements, and brand standards.
- Stay updated on retail design trends, materials, and innovative shopper engagement solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in Retail Design, Visual Merchandising Design, 3D Design, or related areas.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar.
- Strong understanding of retail environments, shopper journey, and point-of-sale communications.
- Experience in creating both 2D artwork and 3D visualizations for retail executions.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and project management skills.
- Portfolio showcasing retail, POSM, visual merchandising, or 3D design projects.
